BOQ Cost Projection

For primary wall partitioning, we construct 115mm (half-brick) or 230mm (full-brick) walls using designation-75 first-class bricks laid in cement mortar (1:4 or 1:6) and reinforced with structural MS round bars at regular height intervals for seismic shear resistance.

We execute APP waterproofing by laying a 3mm Atactic Polypropylene bituminous membrane. This process involves wire-brush cleaning the base concrete, applying a heavy concrete primer, torch-welding the 3mm APP membrane sheets with overlapping seams, and finishing with a UV-protective bituminous aluminum coating.

Premium Italian marble slabs are cladded with standard cement mortars and finished using high-end diamond-grit mechanical polishes. Pre-polished granite counters and vitrified floor tiles are cladded using high-bond chemical adhesives (like Laticrete) and sealed with water-resistant or epoxy-resin grouting to prevent moisture ingress.
